In the present day, kindness is an emotion we all experience. Our lives are progressing so fast that we forget to give time to our emotions and feelings. People often behave rudely and indifferently depending on their mood and circumstances. Sometimes, it is justified, but sometimes it is not okay to be impolite to anyone. Moreover, we don’t even know about the battles that an individual is fighting; behaving rudely with someone can upset them and ruin their day. Mental health disorders have risen rapidly over the past few years, and so have the healthcare facilities to treat them. Being kind and empathetic to someone requires no cost; all you have to do is be understanding and accepting of one’s situation and feelings. Additionally, small acts of kindness and affection go a long way. For example, giving food to a dog, being sympathetic, and donating to the underprivileged and others. When we are nice and friendly to someone, we feel good about ourselves. Consequently, we shouldn’t be the reason for upsetting one’s mood. Therefore, in conclusion, we should spread smiles and happiness. Compassion fosters harmony and emotional strength in society.
