Importance or travelling for young adults

We all must have travelled to some place, and so it must be nostalgic for you to think of the memories and encounters. Travelling is a therapeutic journey filled with new found experiences and learnings. One must travel to different places at regular intervals to remain happy, satisfied and content. Young adults feel burdened with work, career, family and other obligations but a long holiday helps to free up their mind, leaving them feeling lighter, less anxious and stressed. The series of events of a vacation for example the journey, then reaching the destination, enjoying and visiting new places, and the return, all of these significantly help to improve mood and also make us forget our problems. We prioritise our family and cherish the time spent with them. It’s not important that trips have to be long, even a short one is enough to make us value life and its experiences, which are especially valuable for people in their 20’s. Solo travel is in a trend nowadays and it is one of the best ways to gain experiences in life. When we travel alone, we see the hardships, manage everything on our own, stay with our thoughts which gives us the time to introspect and reflect on ourselves which is very beneficial for every individual and mindfulness is also achieved. To summarise everything that has been stated so far, I would say that everyone must travel with absolutely zero guilt and should give equal importance to work and vacations.
