HAVE YOU EVER NOTICE HOW STRESS IS IMPACTING YOUR Physical and Mental Health? Have you ever felt like the whole world is just against you? Have you ever felt like if you are not doing well in your studies, career, work, life or anything then it can make your existence a doubt? Yes, this is STRESS, stress is nothing but a state of body that is connecting to the nature or power that one mind can hold. According to me stress is a factor that is directly proportional to the age of the human mind. The fear of not protecting your image, the fear of not getting success, the fear of accepting your own choice and when this fear captures the confidence and the mindset and you start doubting yourself then the real villain CORTISOL and ADRENALINE enters the body in result you feel a fear called STRESS. PHYSIOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF STRESS: The physiological effect relates to the physical and chemical process of the body. As I mentioned before when we get stressed our body starts producing the hormones called cortisol and adrenaline, chronic stress can lead to a surge in these hormones that resulting in many physiological effects. Even with mental health issues this also leads to many physical issues like some cardiovascular issues and even some specific cancers. Stress also activates the hunger captivity where one can eat more than usual just before he/she is suffering from stress, this can lead to the weight management and more over this is a serious issue of obesity too which also the reason of many diseases. PSYCHOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF STRESS: You can notice the impact of stress on your physical health very easily but can you tell by just observing someone body how much their mind is affected by this simple term STRESS. Stress is the significant factor of the most dangerous and common problem facing by the people of this generation that is ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION. The more you get stressed the more you are in danger of having so many neurological and mood disorders. 3 / 7 STRATEGIES FOR MANAGING AND REDUCING STRESS: Strategies that we make for our whole life but forgot to take care of the most important thing that is your mental peace. Here are some strategies that can help you in taking care of your mind and your health: LAUGH, your read it right. Actually, preferring happiness over stress is the best option that can make your life and mind both healthy. Laugh with your friends, family and with the ones who can make you forgot all these factor that are the source of your stress. Do not push yourself harder and harder. Do what your mind want and your heart needs. Do some meditation or some yoga to get physically and mentally strong and active. Make your own habitat or environment where you can find peace and relax. If you are suffering from stress and these factors does not help you just try sharing your thoughts. The best remedy is to share what is going on in your mind so that you can just make decisions more easily and accurately. Even if you are not able to share or you do not want to share then just WRITE, write your thoughts in your mean time so that you can focus on the best decision for yourself.
