Our everyday routines are guided by our habits. Habits play a major role in everyone’s lives. We start our day with some type of ritual, therefore it becomes important to adopt a good habit in the morning because it sets our mood for the day. Success is shaped by consistent effort and practice. It takes 21 days to adopt and adjust to a new habit. Inculcating good habits into our routine helps us to stay motivated and productive for achieving the goals. For students, the habit of studying every day is beneficial for them to perform well in exams. One cannot reach their objective without putting adequate and efficient efforts for it. Sometimes it’s difficult to keep up with new and difficult habits, maintaining consistency is important to avoid failing in achieving our goals. Habits definitely help us to achieve success, if we keep up with them diligently and efficiently.
