The Future of Online Learning Post-Pandemic

 The dependency on online education has risen post-pandemic. During the COVID-19 pandemic, offline classes had to be suspended because of which learning shifted to online mode. Everything from exams and assignment submissions to presentations was conducted through apps. Even today the education system has shifted to hybrid mode. Information is exchanged through WhatsApp groups and other apps. The introduction of apps like google classroom and microsoft teams have aided in E-learning. Zoom, Microsoft teams and Google meet are few platforms which are used to conduct classes online. In case of unavailability of a teacher during class hours, online classes are held to compensate for the same. Online classes cancel the requirement to travel and attend classes. Even during natural calamities like floods, earthquakes and high AQI, digital learning has proved to be a valuable resource. Many tests and quiz sessions are conducted online because of the ease of technology. E-learning is beneficial for students, for example with the help of AI, students can get their assignments evaluated and graded. The availability of study materials and other tools help in better preparation of exams. Even after the pandemic the reliability on online mode has reduced slightly, but still if there is ever a situation to switch back to online learning, then it can be smoothly implemented. The reliance on learning digitally is bound to explode with the new advancements and innovations in technology.
